Yoga is so much more than just the postures / asanas.

It is the way I look at Life, experience Life and interact with Life.

Ultimately, it is my deep and soulful journey – into my body – into my mind – and into my heart.

Both chaos and peace, it guides me back into balance.



  • Whether I just breathe deeper for a moment – that is my yoga.
  • Whether I choose the best food for my body – that is my yoga.
  • Whether I act instead of react – that is my yoga.
